If traders login via my vendor API, while my application runs on a server which locates in other country, not player's country, will Betfair limit/block them or not?

You can login to the vendor software but you can't place bets.

In addition, if one Italian player login Betfair via vendor software(e.g.software server locates in UK), will Betfair limit him because of not his country even this player is not restrictions country. He just login often in other country, permitted?
