Historical Data API - Status?

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Historic Data API (historicdata.betfair.com) today (27 March 2026)?


1. API endpoints timing out:
- getmydata
- DownloadListOfFiles
- DownloadFile

Requests were working previously. The connection to the server itself establishes, but the backend does not return a response before the timeout.

2. Web interface not loading purchased data
- https://historicdata.betfair.com/#/mydata - prompting me to log in to display purchased packages, despite being logged in.

BetfairDeveloperProgram did this ever get sorted? I'm seeing 5xx on something similar, nor can I download some specific date ranges from the actual site

Not sure what changed - probably something on my end - but I can now download the data from the site directly

Same issue - listed endpoints hanging from 12 Apr 2026 evening onwards
