Historical Data Timeout

Hi all,

I seem to be having issues with downloading historical data using betfairlightweight with python. All of my download attempts timeout, even when requesting a single day of data and increasing timeout parameter to >100 seconds. However, it was working for me a few days ago but having no joy whatsoever at the moment, is it possible that I exceeded a request limit and am now locked out?
Would appreciate any steer on the issue.

There was a previous issue with the historical data service but this has been rectified since Tuesday afternoon, Sorry for the inconvenience.
