Problem inerpreting batl

Hi folks, I'm digging into Market 1.169246573, from event 29719368 on March 1st, 2020. I've copied the relevant potion of the data file below. On the last line, the batl for runner 1485567 is updated for the first position: [[0,7.2,1.98]]. However, in the previous update of the batl (first line below) for this runner was [[1,1.25,48.82],[2,1.26,317.09]]. This leaves the snapshot batl as [[0,7.2,1.98][1,1.25,48.82],[2,1.26,317.09]]. This of course doesn't make sense, as positions 1 and 2 provide a better price than position 0. So where am I going wrong? Any help would be appreciated!
