Market books from historical stream

I am working with betfairlightweight in Python and have been collecting market books (best odds and volumes and total matched volumes across different markets in the same event) for live data. I am now focussed on historical data and can set up a stream using the example code. I would like to be able to pull out market books at a given time before the start of the event, but have not been able to get this working. Has anyone else solved a similar problem?
