    "Unknown Error CODE 0x05479P" message on confirm downloading

    Hello,

    when I try to download a historical data package (free plan, soccer) from the https://historicdata.betfair.com/#/home page, on "Confirm" I get the error message above. The helpdesk haven't got any idea about that, the advise was to clear the browser cache. I did it. Same result. Found nothing similar on the web, so anyone has any idea what could the problem be here?

    I get the same error. I've tried on PC and mobile.
    Trying to purchase with the following settings:
    Plan: Basic Plan
    Sport: Other Sports
    From: Nov 2019
    To: Nov 2019 or Dec 2019


    BetfairAustralia BetfairDeveloperProgram any ideas?

            I have heard from Betfair Developer Support that the issue is known and being worked on.
