Horse race started before the market time

What should I be looking out for in stream API or REST API to pick this up? I don't see marketTime change in the stream API so I assume there is something else I need to be doing. Can't find anything online about this. Maybe I'm missing the point somewhere

In the UK & IRL it can not happen.
If it did, the race would be void and the starter would be sacked, also many large fine would be handed out to the race course ect...
But it has never happend and it will NEVER happen.

Thanks for the response. I must have an issue with my code. It only accused once and I didn't note which race it was. I'll look at my code closer
