Betfair API Documentation

I'm looking to access the API documentation. All of the links I've found seem to point to docs.developer.betfair.com, but none of these links work. Could someone please let me know where I can find the docs?

Also, there used to be a form where one could submit a support request? Does anyone know the URL link for this? Or does one get to it via the documentation pages?

There is a lot of betfair api wrappers libraries in any programming language, so the question is why you want to program your own?
