When do the not in play markets close?

Hi all,

I noticed the markets that go in play close as soon as the event ends, while the markets that do not go in play stay suspended for a lot of time (forever?).

Can anyone tell me how to understand when a not in play market closes?
I.e. 1.118770567 (like many others)

From my experience, events close when the results are known and all the bets are settled.

For an InPlay event, this can be fairly close to when the market was last suspended. This is because the event has ended and therefore the result should published very soon after.

For an event that doesn't go InPlay, you have to wait for the event to complete and for the result to be published. This can be a much longer time since the market suspended.

For example, if you are talking about a football match that doesn't go InPlay, then it could be 2 hours before the market is closed (i.e. you have to wait for the match to be played, the result to be published and for the bets to be settled)
