Historic Data of Pre Race Horse Odds

Hi, would anybody be able to give me some time stamped data from some horse races pre race? I think all I'll need is the time, horse, odds, and volume of current odds. But I'd like second by second detail. I tried to go through Fracsoft but the website's a bit buggy and I think I need more betfair points than I have.
