API placeBet return betId==0

Hello.
I have a problem: sometimes(not always) betfair API returning 0 as bet id (and don't actually place bet) when i try to place "against" bet.
Response error code is OK
BetType = Lay
BetCategory = Exchange
BetPersistenceType = IP
Can u help me?
