I am using Render to host a bot to connect to the BF exchange API to ingest markets, settle markets and provide streaming prices. Or at least I would like to. However, I understand BF does not like cloud providers. I have added a security certificate but still get the same 403 result. I can access data from my local machine with no issue.

Can I use a static IP with Render and be accepted by BF if I tell you what my Render IP is?

We cannot whitelist specific IP's, you should only access Betfair from an IP address located in a permitted region.
