I would like to run an exchange API app from a Europe VPS with a UK Betfair account. Servers seem more reasonably priced and have better support.
Is there any definitive list available as to which countries are supported and which aren't? I've found that in some countries, football API access is possible, but horse racing API market book requests are blocked. Rather than going server surfing it would be good to have some sort of up to date and offical definitive reference guide in relation to this.
