Solving problems and complaints with API?

Hello!

I am a developer, working for a betting website.

We have bookmakers and casinos reviews - like this one -

We would like to integrate Problems and Complaints Submission to help users when they have some problems with bookmakers and casinos.

1st option is manually - users send it to us and we redirect it to the Bookmaker/Casino.

2nd option is automatically /using some API integration/ - some colleagues of mine told me that Ask Gamblers use this way and they solve user complaints automatically. That would be fantastic!

Do you have idea how it is done?
