Multiple odds with 1 call?

From listMarketCatalogue of an eventId, I have the return which includes selectionId of all runners. Is there a more efficient way to get the 3 best availableToLay price and size and availableToBack price and size for each runner of an event instead of getting them via individual listRunnerBook calls for each runner (marketId, SelectionId)? For example, if I am following a race with 12 runners, right now for me that's 12 api calls and the appropriate iterations to extract the data which is very laggy.
