INVALID_APP_KEY in getApplicationSubscriptionToken()

When I call for getApplicationSubscriptoinToken() I get errorCode="INVALID_APP_KEY".
I have registered same account in Vendor Program.
I am passing true APP_KEY and I have tried both keys (Delay Key and Live Key).
What can be the problem ?

Does this mean that you have gone through security clearance for your application and gained vendor privileges?

Just signing up for the vendor program is not sufficient to get access to the Vendor API. Access is granted to licensed API software vendors only.

If you are a licensed software vendor, then you should contact the BDP team (bdp@betfair.com) and ask them to enable the Vendor API.
