Delayed data means no volume or matched bet

    Delayed data means no volume or matched bet

    I am using Betfair approved third party app to automate my betting. However, I noticed my data feed is delayed, I noticed it on various occasion, via the app and on Betfair's website too. I am trying to use the betting app to automate a strategy that relies on volume but I cannot use that as I don't have access to the volume data as a result.
    My account is funded, I generated a fair amount of commission so I do not understand why I may be on delayed data since I do not see how I broke any rules.

    Does anyone has any idea what should I do now? Is there a way to get in touch with Betfair to get them to lift this restriction?

    sounds like, for whatever reason, you're still using a 'delayed' aka 'test' api key? you need to use a 'live' one https://support.developer.betfair.co...y-Live-App-Key

      Hi, thanks for the reply.
      Yes, I did create the test key back in the days but I am not using it, do you think that's affecting the data pull everywhere?
      As I said, I can see the data is delayed on Betfair exchange too, as well as MFP(the third party automation software I am using) to automate my strategies.
