New session token?

I am trying to generate a new session token and it's not working - I haven't changed anything in my code or environment - is there a problem with the system today?

The explanation for my error messge is that the host is unreachable:

TNS:destination host unreachable

I will do some further investigation here but I assume therefore that there is no known problem on Betfair's side and that it must be on my side?

Hi Neil

I still can't access Betfair. To troubleshoot I used curl on Linux to test my connection parameters I am now getting an error code 1020. On researching that it says this can happen when the endpoint is rejecting my request and, additionally, that this happens a lot with sites that use Cloudflare. Did Betfair recently start using Clouldflare or make any changes to its CDNs?

Your IP may have been blocked. Please see the article via https://support.developer.betfair.co...OCATION-error- to check how your IP has been identified (location wise).

Cloudflare has been in use since October 2020.

I am using a private IP address - would that be blocked by Betfair?
