No price updates through Exchange stream api

I'm subscribing to a market through exchange api but I'm not receiving any price updates only HEARTBEAT, status or empty mcm messages. Please find the message flows bellow:

Anyone have this issue, could you help me to understand where is the problem?

Why are you sending two subscription requests? I would remove your appKey and sessionToken, someone can login with that..
