Suddenly all request reply are empty

Hi customer support,
I'm using the API service since 3 years right now and from 3 days ago all API requests reply with empty data, for example:

Request:
getSportIds()

Reply:
Empty DataFrame
Columns: [ID]
Index: []

could you help me to understand what's happening please?

According to our geoIP provider, this is a German based IP. German based IP's have been blocked from receiving all Exchange markets since the 2nd July so you'll need to use an alternative IP (e.g. UK/Ireland based service).
