    Market always suspended so place orders fail

    Anyone know why Horse Racing markets are staying suspended when turning in play? listMarketBook is staying suspended and all in play place orders are then failing as the market is still suspended!!

          I didn't notice anything untoward. Markets were turning inplay as per normal. However, I was using the Stream API.

          Was this something that was limited to the main API?
