    Events - starting time

    Hi All

I already can use the MarketFilter and organise a catalogue sorted on the first to start principal. You get a sorted list in order of start time, but its a list of marketId's. But, is there a way to get a list of race starting times, not the list of MarketId's.....

I'd like to place a bet a few mins before an event starts. To do this, I'd need the start time and not just know the MarketId of the next race to start.

    Many Thanks

    David.

I see that there is an Event object, and this object further contains an openDate. I'll try and get access to this and investigate it.

I have now solved my problem and can access the market starting time. The start of a horse race and not when the market opens.

      Cheers,

Happenings may mean that the event start time is delayed. You might want to watch various data items (eg: in-play indicator) to be sure an event has started.

Can you share what your solution was please as this question is asked in many different ways on many different threads, yet no one actually says what the answer is. Even the downloadable manual sort of skirts around the issue and it's frustrating.
