Personal Use Subscription on Stream Api

Greetings to all,

After a lot of testing over the Excange API I decided to subscribe for the Excange Stream API.
Its not very clear at the instructions of "https://developer.betfair.com/en/get-started" that if i go for the "personal use" subscription then i can use the excange stream API.

Also i couldn't find any email to contact the betfair support team for developers.

Yes, you can use the Exchange Stream API for personal use once you activate your Live App Key.
