    API-NG Releases Thread

That link doesn't work for me ... looking at the html it's foreshortened i.e. it literally says:

    https://api.developer.betfair.com/se...pageId=4392234

with '...' in the middle of it

so when I click on it it asks for a username and password, which it then doesn't accept

However, I see that the full link to the (previous) beta version now has the info and address for the production version:

      Aus Wallet ops working?

Running getAccountFunds via both my code and using the visualiser is still returning my UK Wallet balance and not showing my Austrlian balance.

      ???

You now need to specify the particular wallet you want in the getAccountFunds call.

If it is not supplied then it appears to default to the UK wallet.

Thanks for the response - as a developer all I ask for is an honest update on where things are - I can wait to get my code done, I hate not knowing where an error exists

                Question on new releases

Does the user documentation get updated to include changes, and are the changes annotated with version numbers or some such?

                Grantay.

                  Hi Grantay,

The user documentation is updated as soon as the release is live, the changes aren't specifically annotated with a version number though.

                  Thanks

                  Neil

                    Hi,

Regarding the new betOutcome field: The documentation says "Outcome of the bet i.e. WON/LOST". Could you provide the full list of possible values for this field? In particular, does it cover the different outcomes of quarter point Asian Handicap markets, where a bet could be settled as half win half void etc?

                      Hi jptrader,

I've updated the description now. The betOutcome is available at BET level only and can be WIN/LOSE/PLACE. PLACE is specifically for bets settled in each way markets.

A single bet resulting in positive or negative outcome will be market was WON/LOST regardless of the treatment of the other half of the bet. A half won bet will be displayed as WIN.

                      Thanks

                      Neil

I can't find any announcement about this but most types of event seem to have an associated competition, contrary to what it says on the listCompetitions page of the docs:

"Currently only Football markets have an associated competition."
