List of Betfair venue codes

Dear Betfair,

Is there a place where we can get a definitive list of ALL track venue codes? I have a copy of an XL spreadsheet that lists many codes, but every few days I find another track not on the list.

Today it is Gatton, in QLD Australia.

It does not seem to much of a request to provide access to this reference table.

There's an.xls spreadsheet of Horse and Greyhound track abbreviations (including Australian) that you can download via the link at:

Thanks Gus, that list is more recent that the one I have, and has many of the missing tracks.
