Total Matched on runner returns zero

    Hi all,

Total Matched on runners was working fine until one day that it started returning zero prices.
I opened a second account just to check and compare.
    I noticed that:
    1. a fresh account with 0 money in the wallet does not return Total Matched on runners
    2. if you fund the account with an amount then it starts returning Total Matched on runner
    3. then some day it stops.....
    4. ...and never returns again...

can somebody shed some light on this?

    thank you in advance

are they setting your app key to delayed?
Do you have a settled transaction within last 3 months? or 90 days?

      thank you for your answer
i got the classic 2 keys. one is delayed the other not.
      i use the second.

how do you mean "settled transaction"?
ex. just to test i just deposited 15 euros. still zero Total matched
please correct if i understand wrong.
what are the limits or requirements?

A settled transaction means....using the Betfair web site place a minimum stake bet on any market and wait for the bet to be settled.

Betfair does not allow API-NG access for inactive accounts. Your account must have placed and settled a bet within the last 90 days.

Also, please check that your "non-delayed" AppKey is actually showing as non-delayed (use the visualiser to check) as someone else has recently had both of their keys set to indicate a delay - see https://forum.bdp.betfair.com/showthread.php?t=2783

oke thank you, this is useful information!
although i was using a different account for betting i can recall placing a bet on this one quite recently. i will do some tests and return

In the Visualizer the second key shows "No" at the "is data delayed" column.
