Latency to api.betfair.com

Anyone can advise the VPS service with a minimum latency to api.betfair.com? I used to have a server in Dublin with ping about 2.5 ms. But now it bacame 11 ms. It is too big for me.

On Windows server I check it via psping.exe using command
psping.exe api.betfair.com:443

Interesting Ferdy, I'm using windows Azure which is in Ireland and the psping is 11ms. My local PC, which is in Glasgow is 38ms.
I've been using Azure for about 4 years now and before that Fasthosts, also gave AWS a go but it seemed to be a bit up and down.
They have all about the same, I think they were about 7ms to 9ms..
I've never had 2.5ms.
Today was the first time I pinged it for about 9 months, I think.
Maybe Betfair have leveled things out a bit.

I had 2.5 ms till July 2017. After this date latency became 11 ms on the same dedicated server. Perhaps Betfair has installed an additional balancer and now this is the minimum possible latency.

Average API Latency NOW 20 ms!

Tried on 3 different Azure servers.
c:\pstools\psping -n 20 api.betfair.com:443

2017 is was about 4 ms on VPN.
2019 June is was 11 ms
