Getaccountstatement limit

Just wondering if anyone has got best practice advice around the getaccountstatement .. I see its limiting at 100.. just wondering what's the best approach for getting more than 100... ideally I want to store it in a table for reporting but just wondering the best way to capture it

I guess you can loop through with record count ... but just wondering if there is a better way...
