Double Re-charge API after 1 year

Hello there is been probably a mistake on recharging my API again after one year.. Not only recharged but double ammount been charged.... I am not able to such give many details but this needs to be solved...I been forwarded here from the Live chat support and there is not other way to contact developers support except this forum....

Please advice how this can be solved and who to contact regarding this 700 euros mistake!!
