    Many UNEXPECTED_ERROR this morning

    Hi There,

Since this morning I am getting UNEXPECTED_ERROR as response from several calls made by my software which (unchanged) has been working fine up until yesterday.

Is it affecting just my account or is it a global issue?

    Cheers

I recommend following @BetfairHelpdesk on Twitter as they tend to tweet when there is an issue.

API down right now from what I can tell (can't connect). Been this way for the last 50 minutes. Tried from 2 different servers \ 2 different accounts. Twitter feed doesn't cover Aust racing hours...

**EDIT - Just spoken to Support. Known link issue between Aust and UK. Down for 1.5hrs now.

It's not entirely down here Stefan, but there's definitely a problem (which startted yesterday afternoon).

Response time are very erratic and occasionally very slow (as is submitting bets).

To me it looks like one server is either failing or out of synchronisation, or the load balancing isn't working properly.

That would probably also explain your other thread about Matched Totals occasionally reducing rather than increasing during an event ... we may occasionally be getting old data?

Thanks Gus and James, I have just run all unit tests I have got for my api backend and can confirm that from account api GetAccountDetails, GetAccountFunds, GetAccountStatement does not work. From vendors api none of api methods works. The rest of api is OK, expect the error I reported in other thread.

I just checked at about 17.00 and none of my vendorApi methods were working, but having just checked again (17.44) they seem to be working again now.
