Non interactive login with error CERT_AUTH_REQUIRED, how?

I use shared hosting, and create a certificate via the SSL/TLS section with cPanel, but I got error message "unable to find 'distinguished_name' in config
problems making Certificate Request

How to fix?Where is wrong?

I fix it on Windows server....
