Get runnerName from listMarketBook method

Hi,

Is it possible to get the runnerName from the listMarketBook method?

The only way I can get the runnerName at the moment is through listMarketCatalogue, but would rather not have to make two calls to the API and map the selectionIds..

As I understand it, the runnerName is only held at the MarketCatalogue level.

MarketCatalogue - "fixed" data for the market
MarketBook - "dynamic" data for the market

I guess it is an attempt to reduce the amount of information returned by the listMarketBook call, which is likely to be the call most commonly made against the new API-NG. Although personally I would like to see it included as an optional return.
