I am currently living in New Zealand and run some betting software using the API. Do I need to notify the developer program if I am going to be running from another country? Ie. Australia. I would just like to double check so I don't run into any issues.

This is fine, you don't need to notify us of this directly. You should ensure that any software is located in a permitted country (Australia is fine).
