IN Play flag ?

Could anyone save me a bit of time and point me to the service call that contains the indicator as to whether a race is in play or not and also what is the call frequency allowed for free access eg is it 12 secs or less ?

MarketBook appears to have the flag I need, just need to find out how often one can call it for free ?

There aren't limits in the same way as in the old API.
