Streaming API setup

Having a bit of trouble connecting to
stream-api-integration.betfair.com Is there anything that I need to do to enable my app/account for streaming access?

We do not accept licence applications from India, Bangledesh, Sri Lanka or the UAE so if you are based in any of these regions you won't be able to access the the Stream API

I am interested in an API for live score as well.
According to https://betsapi.com/docs/betfair/timeline.html there should be some endpoint in your API to get that data as well? How do they do this?
