API-NG down?

For several hours now most of my calls to API-NG services timeout. Trying to access https://api-ng.betstores.com/betting/ also times out with error "502 Bad Gateway".

Is there any problem?

Since yesterday evening most of my calls are giving the error: "The download of the specified resource has failed"
Thought it was my inadequate coding. But maybe it's somebody else's?

I confirm API-NG is partly down, many requests return 504 Gateway Timeout after 600 seconds.

The problem is still exists with listMarketBook/listMarketCatalogue

That's not a frequent thing, but shit happens

The problem seems to be resolved now.

If you notice this in future, get on to Twitter (if you are a user) and ping a message to @BetfairHelpdesk

That's what I did yesterday and they then asked the API team to investigate the issues and reboot the server.

The @BetfairHelpdesk account is usually manned between about 8am and 11pm (UK time) each day.

Writing to bdp [at] betfair.com also helps very good. But only in UK working hours.
