More detailed event name information

Example: calling listEvents for the Australian Open 2014 - competitionId:4268499 .
Some of the names of the events are very short in their description e.g. "Set 01", "Set 02", "Set 03" etc
How are you meant to know which tennis match it is related to without calling listMarketCatalogue with RUNNER_DESCRIPTION for the relevant Event ID?

I've get all info provided by this file, but it is not exhaustive.
For example, I can't find info about players sex for most tournaments - only multi-sex tournaments are divided into "Mens" and "Womens" category.

Why this info so incomplete?
What should I do to get detailed info?
