API NG selectionId

In the new API are selection Ids globally unique, or only unique to the market in which they reside ?

I couldn't find anything in the docs on this ...

selectionId's are unique.

How do you mean unique?

For example the selections 0-0 in both Correct Score as in Half Time Score in all football matches have a selectionId of 1.
Only combination of marketid,selectionid (and handicap) makes the selection (as in 0-0 in Correct Score market in specific match) really unique.
