GetAllMarkets In New API?

We are just about to implement GetAllMarkets in the new API to get event start times but it isn't in the visualiser so wanted to check that it was still functional in the new API before implementing?

getAllMarkets is listMarketCatalogue in NG API

According the docs the listMarketCatalogue method can only return up to 1000 markets to a single request.

The current getAllMarkets (v6) call will return 10s of 1000s of results... how do we 'page' to get the complete set of markets for a set of sports?
