Resheduled Markets

Thanks Liamp, that'll save me couple of hours work for no result.. Late changes in market start times remain a problem.. (It would be nice if BF could inclued it in the market book)

No, market start times are used to distinguish races so they aren’t updated if there is a delay.

OzPunter I find I have to call the marketcatalog several times during the day as new markets may be loaded during the day. This is when I also check to see if there has been a delay in start time.

The catalogue won’t tell you that there is a delay.

Thanks TroyEdwards8, I was thinking of doing that myself, but it means pulling my code apart again.. Hoping for an easier method, but I think that is the only way.

Its an annoying problem, I'll look into race status, but it would be nice if BF would include it in lListMarketBook which gets called repeatedly.

Sometimes the race status will tell you it is delayed, many times it won’t, betdaq update the time.

In horse racing we often see markets (individual races) having their start time (the Off) rescheduled on the day, due to problems on course or lightning storms etc.

Is there any indication given by the API that a market has been rescheduled?

Often there is no notice of this until a few minutes before the listed start time..
