Is there an app or method to allow the simple placing of bets from a CSV or XLSX?

My betting system software produces an output file in CSV or XLSX as shown. I'm looking for an app or way to place all the bets from the CSV or XLSX. Thanks in advance.

Your event name/racecourse does not corresponds betfair naming, have a look at screenshot.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Looks like a non-starter then as it would take far longer for me to add the missing info and manipulate the spreadsheet into the required format than it does to place the bets manually.
