I am looking for some assistance in the development in a program whereby I can apply filters such as:

No. of horses
Maiden race
UK based

and then record the SP and then running odds every second into excel spreadsheet for the length of the race so that the shift, per horse, can then be plotted on to a graph.

Yes I did, a lot of the candidates have no Betfair experience, budget $200
