When downloaded by multiple years, some data is absent

I needed historical data for the maximum range, which I'd download in one fell swoop. I, by trial and error, then discouvered that it'd be Apr 2015 - Apr 2022. Meaning, the system showed me the download button only after I chose that range. And I downloaded it.

However, I then found out that some data, or at least some months, were missing in it. For instance, for 2020-2022 there were only 1..3 months per year.
Why?

I've just also downloaded, if I remember correctly, a half of the 2020. I specified 2020 and the months. And it already contains more of the months than the previous set - there're 5 of them. How can it be?


How to download all the data, without any missing parts?

Preferably all at once, or with the smallest amount of clicks.

I'm trying to download it month by month. After having downloaded "jan - feb 2019", I then select "feb 2019 - mar 2019" and - error!


Why is it overlapping ?
How do I download it month by month then?

You cannot purchase the same monthly file twice which is why you are receiving the error.

If you have already purchased a month you can download this from the My Data page. See below from the FAQs (https://historicdata.betfair.com/#/help)
