Is anybody experiencing login issues on the Historical Data section?

As you can see I am logged in for the Forum, I can also login to the main betting site. However, as soon as I try to download a historical data set, it asks me to login and when I try to login, without any error message, it reverts immediately to the "not logged in" stage. I have tried to login using different CTAs and different browsers, but all with the same outcome. Is there a bug? A work around? Do I need to pay something?? Many thanks for your help!
