Tournament indication by event_id

Hi, when downloading historical data, we are provided with some information about the event (event_id, event_name, date).
When collecting the data, it's possible to filter them by country, but then I don't see the information about the country in the downloaded data.
Moreover, I don't see if there is any information about the tournament/league the event was part of (Premier League, Serie A...).
Is there a data set available that includes (event_id, tournament_id, date) ?
That would make much easier to filter for the events someone is really interested in.

Hi Mikelevirgo,

Alrhough the actual country code isn't included in the downloaded data itself, you can filter out the data you require by country code using the Country filter on the https://historicdata.betfair.com/#/mydata page.

The data doesn't include the competitionId nor is it possible to filter the data by competitionId.

BetfairDeveloperProg, I noticed the same as Mikelevirgo that we are unable to get competition/ league etc on the soccer markets.
How then are they put into the correct link on the website if this information isn't part of the data set?

Hi Joel

This is due to the Exchange Stream API not containing the Competition Name and the Stream API is the source of the published historical data.

We've recently published eventId and competition mapping data via https://docs.developer.betfair.com/d...entMappingData to help with this.

Neil, the data in the last two Soccer zip files don't contain soccer info
