Tried to download historical data basic plan 15gb size - only given 10kb tar file

    Tried to download historical data basic plan 15gb size - only given 10kb tar file

    now when trying again, I get an error insisting I have already the data between those ranges? wtf? can anyone help me out?

      Same here - anyone know why this is? No matter what markets I try to download I get what looks like a corrupt 10kb tar file

          This error may occur if you try to download multiple months concurrently.

          If this is the case, please try downloading one month at a time.

              I'm getting the same error in 2024. Just downloading one month and the website says it should be 100s of files but I'm getting an empty tar file archive of just 10kb. Betfair PLEASE fix!

                  This is all i get too - i tried download 1st Jan to 10th Jan and limied this to antepost win, horse racing, gb and ie and each time just a 10kb empty tar

                        Hi All,

                        Cant seem to download any historcal data .. first it will start downloading and cut out for no reason. Then once i have been able to download , there is no files! Ive just been trying to download june 2024. no joy
