    Delayed data inquiry

    I am using a accepted third party app to automate my betting. However, I noticed that the volume on the ladder view are jumpy and sometimes are in line with what I see on the website and sometimes are not. The support for the app told me that I may be on delayed data. However, my account is funded, I generated a fair amount of commission so I do not understand why I may be on delayed data since I do not see how I broke any rules.

    Disregard the previous post, the issue was not with the data but with the app. Everything is working fine now.

      Hi,
      can you suggest what was the fix in your case? I am facing the same problem with MFP app, I see no volume or matched data. Thanks

        It’s possible the app is pulling data from a non-live stream by default—try checking the app settings to ensure it's using live API data. If the issue persists, contact Betfair directly to confirm your data status.
