Previous in play hi/lo resourses - dobbing

Hi, I currently webscrape timeform for a horses previous in play hi/lo data for dobbing, but it's hugely inefficient.
I was wondering how you guys do it? Is there an api or betfair functionality to get this easier?
I read somewhere that betfair users have access to timeform api for free but I've seen zero documentation for this, any thoughts?

To retrieve previous in-play high/low data for dobbing, using an API or Betfair functionality would be more efficient and reliable compared to web scraping.
