Auto Bet From Database/Excel/Text File

Hi All,

New to the forum and looking for a bit of advice. Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I am wondering if anyone knows of an app, or a method in which to automatically place a bet from any of the following sources-

1. Database Table/View
2. Excel file
3. Text File

These would be bets on a specific horse in a specific race at the best price available at that time. I am not looking to back/lay, simply place bets from a pre-built list.
