1000 Bets an hour limit

Hi to all

If Im right the new API holds the same 1000 bets an hour limit. I believe this limit it's not design to threshold the API but not to put a lot of effort on the databases or something like that. I think that BetFair could differentiate (like some financial markets do) from bets that provide liquidity (bets that do not get matched and sit on the market depth) from bets that remove liquidity and based on this elevate the maximum number of bets.
